Last week our 2-5 year olds to began learning the big idea that "God protects me!”
Through Bible story time they heard the story of Esther and how God protected Esther and her people. The foundation was laid for them to believe and trust that God is their Protector too!
This week they will be discovering out of Daniel 3 how God protected Daniel in the fiery furnace. They will be doubling down on the truth that, “No other god can save people this way.”
Psalm 28:7 is their memory verse - “The Lord gives me strength. He is like a shield that keeps me safe.”

With November being a month to focus on Thanksgiving, our Oasis Kids will be focusing on blessings, gratitude, and remembrance.
Last week they finished their series on The Beatitudes learning about true blessings that Jesus promised from The Father. Many students accomplished their challenge to memorize the whole section of Scripture from Matthew 5:3-12! How wonderful it is that so many of the children are eager to hide God’s word in their heart!
Parents/Grandparents/Guardians, thank you for helping them make this a priority and supporting them in their efforts! As a children’s ministry, we’re excited to encourage, exhort, and empower the children to be rooted and grounded in the Word how we can, but we know that this is achieved by your partnership and intentionality at home as well. So thank you!
This week Oasis Kids will be learning about thankfulness through skits, crafting and Bible story time studying the healing of the 10 lepers. Their memory verse is Luke 17:16a, "He fell to the ground at Jesus’ feet, thanking Him for what He had done…”
