American history is filled with defining moments: the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Pearl Harbor, D-Day, and 9/11, to name a few. Is America at another defining moment? I believe yes. Secular humanism, the homosexual agenda, 51 million abortions and other cultural pollutions are eroding infrastructures that have made America great. This nation was built upon the Gospel of Jesus Christ, not Mohammad, Buddha, or Confucius. God’s word built America. But now we are told by our President and some in the media that we are not a Christian Nation, a blasphemous notion that defies our constitution and would cause our founders to turn in their graves. There can be no doubt; hell is fighting for the soul of America.

At this defining moment, the people of God must arise and stand for truth. We must be a voice of clarity in the chaos. It is not an option. It is our Christian duty. If we are silent, America as we know it will be redefined.

The Reformation Prayer Network in Ohio is aggressively working to accomplish God’s purpose in our land. We have established “24/7” prayer over the state. We do this through local churches taking one week per year. Pastors schedule people to pray, covering all the hours that week. A prayer torch is presented that can be placed in the sanctuary or prayer room. People gather at the torch to accomplish this hour of prayer. Then the torch is passed to the next church. By the end of year 2010, we expect to be passing the prayer torches in seven regions with 364 churches participating. We are also doing our best to get to all 88 counties over the next three years for Solemn Assemblies. The Solemn Assembly is a night of prayer in a county that pastors and saints in the region can participate in. We follow the Solemn Assembly with a Supernatural Assembly where our Apostolic Council prays for healing and miracles. The saints of the region are invited to bring those with prayer needs. We have seen amazing miracles happen at these gatherings.

We have also started political action groups around the state that are informing us on local, regional, and state governing matters. These groups attend school board meetings, city council meetings, etc., and interview candidates about their stand on issues. We want our world view promoted locally and statewide. I am pleased with how these groups are going. It’s important that we speak into government.

Tim Sheets Ministries has carried the financial burden of this effort to this point. However, to expand and add excellence to the effort, I need your help. Would you consider giving one dollar per month for the next three years? I am asking that you do this with a credit or debit card that is automatically withdrawn every six months. That would be $6 now when you sign up and then $6 withdrawn six months later and so on for the next three years. The reason for the automatic withdrawal is to save time opening hundreds of envelopes. It also saves postage. Direct withdrawal is the most cost effective way to give.

Please understand that this is not so I can receive a salary. I am glad to do my part for the cause. All proceeds from this campaign go directly into the Reformation Prayer Network.

God told Elijah he had 7,000 that would not bow to Baal. I need 7,000 that will not bow their knee to humanism in our state; 7,000 who will give one dollar per month for the next three years. I know times are tough, but a dollar a month is not overly burdensome. Most can do this. Please help me do “24/7” prayer in our state, the Solemn Assemblies and Supernatural Assemblies in our counties, and expand the political action groups.
