Why
did you first come to Oasis? I was a new Christian
and my sister introduced me to some of the people who had
formed The Living Word. At the time, we met in a house with
20 people. We didn't have a pastor yet, and look at us now.
What's
one thing people don't know about you? As a child
I use to twirl batons in Shirley's T-Birds.
Your
favorite book? I don't have a favorite.
Best
advice you've ever received? Never go to bed angry
today, because you don't know if you have a tomorrow.

What's
your idea of a perfect day? A summer day spent outside
with my family, especially my grandkids.
Your
last purchase? Clothes for my grandkids.
What's
your favorite movie? I don't have a favorite, but
I like any based on true stories.
What's
your biggest challenge? Reminding myself I cannot
fix everything in the lives of everyone I care about. I can
