Your job description? I oversee all the technical aspects of our worship experiences. I'm also in charge of video production and oversee our production teams.

Your first job? Here. I started working part time at Oasis updating websites when I was 15yrs old.

What's your current favorite CD? I have two: Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" and Hillsong United's "Tear Down The Walls."

One of your proudest moments ever? Whenever I'm complimented on my work.

Why did you first come to Oasis? I've been here all my life.

What's one thing people don't know about you? I am actually older than my brother, Dillon, contrary to popular belief.

Your favorite book? "Sun Stand Still" by Steven Furtick.

Best advice you've ever received? Don't let stupid people grind you down.

Mac or PC? Mac of course.

What's your idea of a perfect day? Hanging out with friends, going to King's Island, or going swimming.

Your last purchase? A t-shirt from Abercrombie.

What's your favorite movie? I have three favorites: Forever Strong, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, and Transformers 3.

What's your biggest challenge? To constantly be creative and to not get side-tracked.
